Fostering Hearts is an independent fostering agency and part of the Positive Aspirations Group. We recruit, assess and support foster carers, working with local authorities to find care that meets children’s individual needs.
You bring your experience of life. We help you understand the role, prepare your household and keep learning. It is a professional relationship with room for honest conversations about how things are going.
Care that includes the whole household
Fostering affects partners, children, relatives and the people you rely on. We want to understand those relationships from the beginning. A sustainable arrangement needs attention to the child and to the household offering care.

- Clear information about assessment, approval and matching.
- A supervising social worker and an explanation of how support works.
- Preparation and ongoing training linked to the role.
- A written understanding of payments, expenses and any special arrangements.
- A way to raise a concern and be listened to.
An independent view of our work
Ofsted’s November 2024 inspection rated the agency Good overall, with Outstanding leadership. The report describes children’s experiences, the support around carers and areas for development.
