Your own supervising social worker
Every carer has a dedicated supervising social worker, and ours look after around six families each. Not sixty. That means:

Some of the most important support happens before a child arrives. We do not rush this: a child’s needs are weighed against your strengths, experience and circumstances, and you are part of the decision. When the right match is found, we prepare you properly so both you and the child feel supported from day one.
