Fostering Hearts is a family-run fostering agency supporting carers across Birmingham and the West Midlands. We are committed to providing consistent, meaningful guidance so that our foster carers feel confident, valued and fully supported throughout their journey.
When you foster with us in Birmingham, you become part of a close-knit community focused on providing safe, stable homes for local children who need them most. Our supervising social workers support around six families each, ensuring personalised, responsive support rather than a large, impersonal approach. Alongside 24/7 support, we offer comprehensive training, ongoing development and both practical and emotional guidance.
We also provide competitive fostering fees — £479.50 per week for children aged 0–10 and £507.50 per week for young people aged 11+ — helping to provide financial stability while you focus on delivering the best possible care.

Benefits of being a Fostering hearts Carer?
All of our foster carers receive a weekly fostering fee of £479.50 for children aged 0–10 and £507.50 per week for young people aged 11+. This recognises the time, responsibility and dedication involved in providing a safe, stable and nurturing home.
Alongside competitive fees, we offer consistent and reliable support. Our carers have access to 24/7 support from our agency, so advice and reassurance are always available when needed. You will also receive regular supervision visits from your supervising social worker, who supports around six families, ensuring personalised, responsive and meaningful guidance throughout your fostering journey.
